General exam booking
We look forward to hosting you in our welcoming, accessible and centrally located facility.
How to book your exam
- Complete the (one per exam).
- Check your email for a booking confirmation. This will be sent from exam.centre@ucalgary.ca within three business days.
- Share your reservation details with your home institution. This will ensure your exam arrives on time and at the right place. Exams must arrive at least three days before your booking.
- Call the External Exam Centre to process your payment before your exam date.
- Arrive at the exam centre 15 minutes before your exam time. Remember to bring a piece of valid government-issued photo ID and your personal login details if your exam is online.
- Write your exam.
- Celebrate your accomplishment!

Note: Not all institutions require exams to be returned by courier. Some provide a prepaid courier on your behalf. It's your responsibility to handle any costs for returning the exam.
