With the contributions, achievements and dedication of more than 6,000 employees on five campuses across two countries, the University of Ģý is one of  for the fifth year running.

With the vast range of job titles at the university — from hazardous materials handler to multivariable calculus professor, administrative assistant to library technician — UĢý is a web of talent, diversity and innovation.

President Ed McCauley says he has seen first-hand over the last 30 years, the incredible commitment, skill and passion that employees bring to their work each day.

“The University of Ģý culture reflects the character of our accomplished trailblazers, change-makers and innovators,” McCauley says. “UĢý’s people have built up a supportive and inclusive community with room for everyone to thrive.”

In 2018, more than 3,250 employers began the Top Employer application process to prove their quality in eight key categories, including:

  • physical workplace
  • work atmosphere and social
  • health, financial and family benefits
  • vacation and time off
  • employee communications
  • performance management
  • training and skills development
  • community involvement
